Villa Ura sleeps up to 10 people and the housekeeper comes in on Saturday and Tuesday; extra days are negotiable. There is a very good local fruit and vegetable store and a small supermarket in Monterchi. A larger choice of shops is to be found in Sansepolcro and Arezzo.
